Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA have announced the new loan limits for 2020 and we have some nice increases in San Diego. This can save money by avoiding Jumbo loan rates/guidelines.

Here are the new regular conforming and high-balance loan limits for San Diego County:

CONFORMING:

1-Unit $510,400

2-units $653,550

3-Units $789,950

4-Units $981,700

HIGH BALANCE CONFORMING:

1-Unit $701,500

2-Units $898,050

3-Units $1,085,550

4-Units $1,349,050
